The festival is located in Pt. Pleasant right in the heart of Main Street. Just look for all of the people!

How do I buy tickets for the TNT/Mothman Hayride?
All tickets to the Mothman hayride are sold at the festival starting at its kickoff on Saturday morning at the Info Booth, and prices typically range around $5 (tickets are first come/first serve/no pre-sales). Hayride takes place at the WV Farm Museum (about 7 miles up the road toward the TNT Area) and start around 7pm and typically finish around 11 pm.
Where's the best place to park?
Pt Pleasant is a small town but there is some street parking near the festival route and empty parking lots that will not be used on the weekend (please make sure it is legal to park there before doing so). Please be advised that the earlier you arrive at the festival (typically by 10 am), the better your parking options will be.
What are the festival hours?
Our Kick Starter Event is typically the evening before the festival starts (on Friday). As for the official kick off of the festival itself, that starts the following morning. There is a 5K that is held early in the morning around 8 am on Saturday, and the festival is usually up and running shortly after by 10 am and goes as late as 10 pm. On Sunday, the festival usually starts around 10 am and finishes up around 5 pm that evening.

Is there any other place I can find festival info?
YES! Our social media sites (especially our facebook page). We tend to keep the most current and up to date info there. Look us up under "Mothman Festival."
Is the team from Mountain Monsters going to be there?
They joined us for the 2016 festival, but nothing has been confirmed yet for a 2017 reappearance.
Can I bring my dog to the festival?
We would suggest that you leave your pup with a sitter or in the comfort of your home. Although we love dogs, be advised that our streets are VERY crowded and we would hate to see your pup get trampled on by someone. It is up to your discretion on whether you want to bring them, but if you do, please make sure they are socialized with kids, other dogs, and are approachable. Also, please make sure you bring water for them because Mothman Festival weather has been known to be very hot and humid in years past. All dogs must remain on a leash at all times. There is one pet friendly hotel in Gallipolis, Ohio which is straight across from the festival. Give the Quality Inn a call since they have pet friendly rooms.
Can I use my credit card or should I bring cash?
There are plenty of shops and museums who accept credit/debit cards. Some merch vendors in our vendor area will have the ability to take credit cards via a square reader, however, there will be some that cannot. So it is advised that you bring enough cash with you so you'll be covered, especially for things such visits to the food vendors and participating in some of the fun things at the festival (like the hayride, kids activities, etc).
Where are the restrooms located?
There is a restroom facility located behind the flood wall and just to the right of the river front amphitheater. There will also be porta johns throughout the festival premises.
